Sewing Machine Case

I recently purchased a sewing maching and a case with it. Once I opened the case, I did not like it as it did not have a "well" in the bottom where you put the machine...and I, other small items..so back it went. I looked at JoAnn's for one with no luck and did a little bit of online search. Well, I had some extra time today so I went to Goodwill. It is one of the largest in the Portland area so I knew it may take me some time to get through it. First place I always head is to the furniture section and low and behold, what did I see...an almost brand new sewing maching case....DING DING DING...$4.99. yeah! Perfect..exactly what I wanted. I love Goodwill! And it seems that most everyone else does too. I have never seen so many people in a Goodwill before. Too many for me to brouse the "wooden - primatives want a be aisle!"

  1. Hi Michelle! Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. I shopped at Goodwill today too. You won't believe this but I was shopping for shorts to take with me to St. Marteen! I'm not kidding, we are going there in a couple of weeks! I read in your profile that you love St. Marteen, got any tips for me before I leave?
If so, send me an email.
Oh, BTW, I love your wool projects. ;D

  2. Oh, how wonderful! I would love to be in St. Marteen right now. I have actually only been one time so I really do not have any suggestions. I hope to get there in the next few years and see some of the town. When we were there, it was a port on a cruise...so we just spent the day at a beach. Talk about an interesting beach.

    enjoy.
